Here is a close-up of the stamp. Unfortunately you can't see the glitter on the word "LOVELY" and the roses. I created the oval dots in the background using an embossing folder and then rubbing some Strawberry Slush ink with a sponge dauber. I stamped the center image on white cardstock and punched it out using a 1-3/4" circle punch. This stamp is from Stampin' Up - You're Lovley and it is part of their Sale-A-Bration promotion. Then I attached it with dimensional tape. I stamped the image a second time on Strawberry Slush cardstock (SSC) with the same ink. I used markers to color the image. I also embossed the bottom of the panel with hearts and then rubbed ink on it using a sponge dauber. I then mounted the panel onto another piece of SSC and finally attached that to my card base. Except for the ribbon, all products are from Stampin' Up.
